Angeline C. Mannarelli Berarducci

Angeline C. Mannarelli Berarducci, 91, of Erie, passed away Monday, June 11, 2018 at UPMC Hamot. She was born July 3, 1926 in Waterford, PA, a daughter of the late Antonio and Quintilia DiNicola Mannarelli.

Angeline was a graduate of Academy High School Class of 1944.

Angeline, along with her father and husband, owned and operated the original Summit Supperette; then she and her husband, along with his brother Eli Berarducci, were the owners and operators of Kearsarge Cafe for five years; and lastly they owned and operated Myercrest Cafe for over 30 years.

Angeline was the secretary of the Erie County Tavern Owners' Association and a member of the Ladies Montenero Society since 1954. She was a longtime member of the VFW Post #470 Auxiliary and the American Legion Millcreek Post #773 Auxiliary; where she served as President.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur P. Berarducci; a son-in-law, Bruce Bartlett; grandson, Erik Bartlett; three brothers, Dominic, Louis, and Anthony Mannarelli; and sister, Elizabeth Barberio.

She is survived by two daughters, Marilyn J. Bartlett of Erie and Paula Ann Tipton and her husband Jim Brinkerhoff of Edinboro; and two granddaughters, Andrea Tipton Rudolph and her husband Michael of Long Island, NY and Amber Tipton of Pittsburgh. She is also survived by one great-grandson, Alexander and many nieces and nephews.

Friends are invited to call at the John R. Orlando Funeral Home, Inc., 2122 Raspberry Street, on Thursday from 2 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. and may attend a Service there on Friday at 10:15 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass at Saint Jude the Apostle Church, 2801 West 6th Street, at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be Calvary Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Regional Cancer Center, 2500 West 12th St, Erie, PA 16505 or to the Second Harvest Food Bank, 1507 Grimm Dr, Erie, PA 16501.
