Anthony Orsini

Anthony E. Orsini, age 65, passed away peacefully at his residence on Monday, July 6, 2026. He was born on September 22, 1960 in Erie, a son of the late Dominic and Mary (Jordan) Orsini.

Tony was a vibrant, fun loving man. Throughout his life, Tony embraced a variety of careers and pursuits. He was employed by Erie Forge & Steel and later owned and operated both Professional Coatings, and Orsini's Corner Market. Tony was a devoted Pittsburgh Steelers fan, he enjoyed spending time outdoors, working in his yard, and classic cars. He also cherished relaxing in his "man cave," where he would listen to his favorite music.

Above all, Tony's greatest pride and joy was his family. He especially loved spending time with his beloved wife, children, and grandchildren. They were the center of his world, and the love he had for them was evident in everything he did. They will forever treasure the memories they shared with him and will especially miss his familiar early morning wake-up calls, a small but enduring reminder of his loving presence.

Tony is survived by his loving wife and best friend of 43 years, Laura (McNally) Orsini; his children, Nichole Swartwood (Bryan) and David Orsini (Natalie); his grandchildren, Jayden and Dennis Swartwood and Emmarose and Dominic Orsini; his brother, Frank Orsini (Wendy); his sister, Patricia Azevedo (Armando); and his sister-in-law, Michelle Harden. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Friends are invited to call at the John R. Orlando Funeral Home, 2122 Raspberry Street on Thursday, July 9, 2026 from 3 p.m. until the time of the service there at 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
