Audrey Mae DelSandro Reese, 87, of McKean, PA passed away Saturday, July 25, 2026 after an extended illness. She was a strong woman of faith, a natural born people person and was happiest sharing God's love with everyone. Her unforgettable personality touched many lives. She was a great encouragement to others and had a gift for making people feel very special and loved. As an active member of The Bread of Life Community, now known as St. Joseph Church, she was a devoted Eucharistic Minister that also served on church council. She proudly served on the prayer and bereavement team for over 35 years along with volunteering for several church functions and celebrations. Audrey loved reading God's word and sharing her words of faith with others. She attended St. Joseph School, and upon graduation from Academy High School worked as secretary at Bucyrus-Erie.
Born January 1,1939 to the late Osvaldo DelSandro and Rose DiFilippo DelSandro, Audrey was an avid music enthusiast who also loved playing games with family and friends. AudMae, named by her friends and family, leaves behind many memories filled with her tremendous sense of humor, quick wit, and snappy comebacks. She always had a joke to share and loved speaking about her family and friends. Audrey pursued employment in the healthcare field by working as a state certified CNA. She worked for Visiting Nurses, followed by private duty for many patients. She served TEC (To Encounter Christ) retreats, now known as DME, which became an active part of her life. She walked in faith with every part of her being.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Marge Ruden, and niece, Valerie Susan Shaffer.
Audrey cherished her kind, gentle, devoted and loving husband, John (Jack) Reese, and saw their union as a true gift from God. Her proudest moments in life were the birth of her sons, Joseph John Sarvadi Jr. (Katie) and Rome Caccamo (Katrina); and her beloved grandchildren, Ava Mae, Alex, Lindsey, and Dawson. She is also survived by her loving nieces, Kimberly Pontillo (Angelo) and Marguerite Timko-Kinney, and their children: Jeremy, Jamie, AJ, Maliya, Avriana, and many cherished cousins.
