Brent E. Allen

Brent E. Allen, 51, of Erie, passed away unexpectedly Sunday, November 27, 2022 at UPMC Hamot. He was born July 12, 1971 in Erie, a son of the late Nancy K. Vogel Allen.

Brent was a very caring person with a huge heart and was always there whenever anyone needed him. He was a hard worker, had a great sense of humor, and was an avid shoe collector with an amazing sense of style. Brent adored his grandkids and loved to be called "Big Papa".

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his father, Willie E. Williamson and newfound sibling, Dave.

He is survived by his children, Stephanie Galentine (Jacob), Brent Allen, II (Janet), Michael Allen, Savanna Allen, Brendon Allen, and Benjamin Allen, and; two step-children, Jordan McGill (Brent) and Jaidee Warnick (Ronnie); three brothers, Bradley Allen, Brian Allen (Jana), and Brandon Allen (Rosa); step-sister, Windy Deleon; newfound siblings, Violet, Debbie, and Billy; and six grandchildren, Jaida, Jaxon, Jenna'Rae, Chase, Aiden, and Landon. He is also survived by his bonus brother, Desmond Thompson and many nieces and nephews.

Friends are invited to call at the John R. Orlando Funeral Home, Inc., 2122 Raspberry Street, on Friday from Noon to 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 until the time of sharing there at 7:00 p.m. Burial will be private in Erie Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
