Carol A. Sauerwine Giannelli

Carol A. Sauerwine Giannelli, 82, of Erie, passed away Sunday, December 31, 2017 at her residence.

She was born August 19, 1935 in Conneaut, OH, a daughter of the late Charles and Geraldine Bryant Sauerwine. She had lived in Erie most of her life.

Carol enjoyed and taught ceramics and was involved in her family genealogy, spending many hours searching out family history.

She was preceded in death by her husband Jack L. Giannelli.

She is survived by her six children, Sandy Kiehlmeier (Rob Kelly), Tina Giannelli (Mike), Richard L. Giannelli (Sandra), Pamela Phillips (Jimmy), Annette Moore (John), and Anthony Giannelli (Lois). She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Friends are invited to call at the John R. Orlando Funeral Home, Inc., 2122 Raspberry Street, on Thursday from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. and are invited to a Chapel Service at Calvary Cemetery on Friday at 10:00 a.m. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
