Christina M. Calabrese

Christina M. Calabrese, age 27, of Erie, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, December 24, 2013 at her residence. She was born January 10, 1986 in Erie, a daughter of Carla A. Hayes Calabrese of Erie and the late Gary J. Calabrese.

She was a graduate of Villa Maria Academy Class of 2004.

Christina was a gifted musician and had numerous artistic talents. She had a great love of animals, especially her five cats, Gabriel, Zenith, India, Wednesday and Gringa. She loved her friends and her family.

In addition to her father she was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Myrna E. Tuk Calabrese and uncle, Steven S. Calabrese.

In addition to her mother she is survived by her brother, Anthony Calabrese; maternal grandmother, Angela C. DiNicola Hayes; maternal grandfather, Gordon P. Hayes and paternal grandfather, Gary M. Calabrese all of Erie.

Friends are invited to call at the John R. Orlando Funeral Home, Inc., 2122 Raspberry Street, on Sunday from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. and may attend a service there on Monday at 11 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass at Saint Paul RC Church, 1617 Walnut Street, at 11:30 a.m. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
