David John Scaletto

David John Scaletto, 70, of Erie, passed away peacefully on Friday February 2, 2018 at UPMC Hamot, surrounded by his family and friends. He was born December 15, 1947 in Sewickley, PA, a son of the late David C. and Elizabeth Nogrady Scaletto.

David received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from Robert Morris University and Edinboro University.

He retired from Arthur F. Schultz.

David was a computer fanatic and the "go to" computer man. He was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan, he enjoyed attending antique and classic cars shows, and loved horses and dogs.

In addition to his parents David went to join his beloved dog Bridgette.

He is survived by his sister Jan Randolph of Bridgeville, PA; niece Liz Arnal (Chris) of Imperial, PA; great-niece Adrianna; great-nephew Tyler; and dear friends Betsy, Doug, and Craig. He is also survived by an aunt, uncle and cousins and will be dearly missed by many friends far and near.

No calling hours will be observed. The John R. Orlando Funeral Home, Inc., 2122 Raspberry Street, will be handling arrangements. Memorials may be made to the charity of one's choice.
