Donald B. Thomas Jr., 50, of Springboro, PA, passed away Thursday, October 4, 2018 at Fairview Manor. He was born May 31, 1968 in Erie, a son of Ethel Gordon Thomas of Erie, PA and the late Donald B. Thomas Sr.

Donald was a graduate of East High School.

Donald was a devoted husband, father, brother, and friend. He was a volunteer firefighter and EMT at Belle Valley Fire Department

He is survived by his wife of 16 years, Karyn E. Lucas Thomas of

Springboro, PA; one daughter, Abigail L. Lucas of Springboro, PA; three sons, Izaac B. Thomas (Jessica) and Jordan M. Lucas both of Erie, and Donald A. Thomas of Springboro, PA; one brother, Frank Thomas (Danielle) of Waterford, PA; and five sisters, Deb Thomas of Erie, Susan Zehe (Allan) of Fairview, PA and Ceal Riechard (Phillip) of Saegertown, PA, Cindy Tatara and Ida Thomas both of Erie. He is also survived by two grandsons, Wyatt and Carson and many nieces and nephews.

Friends are invited to call at The John R. Orlando Funeral Home, Inc., 2122 Raspberry Street, on Monday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the Funeral Service there at Noon.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family.
