Edward A. Bellucci, 90, of Erie, passed away Wednesday, February 9, 2022 at his residence. He was born December 15, 1931 in Erie, a son of the late Joseph and Mary Bruno Bellucci.

Edward was a graduate of Academy High School Class of 1950 and attended Gannon College.

Edward served in the United States Navy during the Korean War, attended aviation and photography school, and was an aerial photographer attached to a squadron. He later served as a photographer aboard the USS Valley Forge CVA 45 aircraft carrier.

Edward was a Registered Professional Engineer and a manager of the Development Engineering Department of the American Sterilizer's Industrial Division, retiring after 25 years of service. He had patents registered in the United States, Canada, and Japan. In 1974 he was listed in WHO'S WHO in Pennsylvania.

He enjoyed woodworking, cooking, and photography.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Phyllis Rose Pizzi Bellucci; three sisters, Angeline Wickham, Catherine Johnson, and Louise Cantoni; and one brother, Gerald Bellucci.

He is survived by three daughters, Ann Marie Knebel (Richard), Patricia Ann Bellucci Wagner (Matthew), and Kathleen Ann Bellucci-Pandl (Joe); and one son, John Belluccci (Mary). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Friends are invited to call at the John R. Orlando Funeral Home, Inc., 2122 Raspberry Street, on Monday from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. and may attend a Service there on Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass at Blessed Sacrament Church, 1626 West 26th Street, at 10:00 a.m. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Blessed Sacrament Church, 1626 West 26th St., Erie, PA 16508 or to the Emmaus Ministries, 345 East 9th St., Erie, PA 16503.
