Evelyn J. Cofini DiCara

Evelyn J. Cofini DiCara, 95, of Erie, died Thursday, April 14, 2016 at Golden Living Western Reserve. She was born July 17, 1920 in Erie, a daughter of the late Gaitano and Angelina Monacelli Cofini.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Albert DiCara; a daughter Josie C. DiCara and grandson Anthony Borgia; four brothers and three sisters.

She is survived by one daughter Louise E. Borgia of Erie; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Also surviving are nieces and nephews.

A private service will be held at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery.

The John R. Orlando Funeral Home, Inc., 2122 Raspberry Street is handling the arrangements.
