Evelyn M. Rossoni Thompson Hough

Evelyn M. Rossoni Thompson Hough, 92, lifelong resident of Erie passed away Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at Saint Vincent Hospital. She was born February 8, 1925 in Erie, a daughter of the late Ralph and Virginia DiPelino Rossoni.

Evelyn worked at A.O. Smith, retiring after 22 years.

She was a member of American Legion Post #773. She enjoyed going to the Senior Centers on 4th and 8th Street.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband, William S. Thompson; second husband, William C. Hough; son, David Thompson; sisters, Evelina Rossoni, Lucy Beraducci, and Mary (Kwiatkowski) Flowers; and brothers, Guido, John, and Louis Rossoni.

She is survived by her children, Susan Baker (Ronald) of Lakewood, CA, Monica Slubowski of Girard, and William S. Thompson of Erie; and brother, Armand Rossoni of Erie. She was very proud of her grandchildren and great- grandchildren and will be greatly missed by all her friends and family. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Friends are invited to call at the John R. Orlando Funeral Home, Inc., 2122 Raspberry Street, on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. and may attend a Funeral Service there on Friday at 10 a.m. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
