George Anthony Ciotti

George Anthony Ciotti, 85, of Kingwood, TX, formerly of Erie, passed away Monday May 8, 2017 at his residence. He was born May 15, 1931 in Erie, PA, a son of the late George and Josephine Luciano Ciotti.

He graduated from Strong Vincent High School and Gannon University with a BSEE and MBA Degree.

George served in the United States Air Force for four years during the Korean War.

He worked for the A.O. SMITH Corporation which was later acquired by MOORCO International Inc. . He retired from MOORCO after 29 years.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sisters, Jill Ciotti Beck, Gerrie Ciotti Ciacchini, and Jeannette Ciotti Bickerstaff and a brother, Jon Alan Ciotti.

He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Dorine Mullen Ciotti of Kingwood, TX; daughters, Elise Ciotti Dahlstrand and husband John of Erie and Leslie Ciotti Barraza and husband Mark of Jacksonville, FL; sons, George William Ciotti and wife Mandy of Denver, CO and Gregory Alan Ciotti and wife Patti of Kingwood, TX; 11 grandchildren, Alex Barraza Taylor, Annie Barraza, Ellen Barraza, Mark Barraza, Jr., Rachel Dahlstrand Behn, Samantha Dahlstrand, John George Dahlstrand, George Hart Ciotti, Sadie Ciotti, Gus Ciotti, and Veronica Ciotti.; and great-granddaughter, Greer Taylor. He is also survived by his brother-in-law, Roland "Chic" Ciacchini and many nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received on Saturday, June 3, 2017, at Saint Jude Church, 2801West 6th Street, at noon until the time of the funeral mass there at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Saint Jude Childrens' Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105
