Heidi J. Heidt Zipperi

Heidi J. Heidt Zipperi, 59, of Erie, died Tuesday, June 28, 2016 at her residence. She was born June 9, 1957, a daughter of the late Robert and Joan McLisky Heidt.

Heidi worked at Erie Insurance for 30 years. She was a loving wife and enjoyed gardening and traveling.

She is survived by her husband Thomas J. Zipperi, Jr., of Erie; two sons, Matthew J. Veres (Megan), Buffalo, NY, and John Robert Veres of Erie; one brother, Gregory Heidt (Carolyn) of Erie; and one sister, Roberta Preble (Tom), Eureka, CA.

Also surviving are two grandchildren, Elli and Jaylen Veres; three nieces, Emily Iannacchione (Peter), Elizabeth Fergert (Jeremy) and Abby Heidt; and one nephew, Andrew Heidt.

Friends are invited to call at the John R. Orlando Funeral Home, Inc., 2122 Raspberry Street, on Friday from 3 p.m. until the time of the funeral service there at 7 p.m.
