James Galentine

James A. Galentine, Sr, 61, of Erie, passed away Saturday, August 23, 2025 at Select Specialty Hospital. He was born March 30, 1964 in West Springfield, PA a son of the late Robert F. and Sadie (Corbitt) Galentine.

James was a talented artist who loved rock & roll music and Harleys. He had a great sense of humor and style.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sons, James Corbitt Galentine and Kevin Vickery.

He is survived by his children, Ricky Galentine, James Galentine, Jr., Jacob Galentine (Stephanie), Johnathan Galentine (Joey Eicher), and Jacqueline Galentine; and 15 grandchildren.

No calling hours will be observed. A private burial will be held at East Springfield Cemetery.

James's family would like to thank Sherry for all her loving care. The John R. Orlando Funeral Home, Inc., is in charge of arrangements.
