Jon Dominic Luciano, 46, of Erie, passed away at his residence on Sunday, May 24, 2026. He was born on June 6, 1979 in Erie, a son of Susan (Bernardini) Luciano and the late Joseph Luciano.
Jon was a graduate of Strong Vincent High School, Class of 1998. Throughout his life he was employed as a machinist at several local businesses, most recently at Keystone Foundry. He loved visiting amusement parks with his family, especially Cedar Point. Jon worked very hard on his yard and took great pride in his impeccably maintained lawn and landscaping. He loved to joke with his friends and had a great sense of humor, he always kept everyone laughing. Jon always decorated extravagantly for holidays, and Christmas was always his favorite time of the year (he was the best gift wrapper, but only the square gifts). He loved to cook, smoke meats, and he made the best pizza, and spaghetti sauce. He was an incredible artist, just like his dad. He was always very proud of his Italian heritage and wore the Luciano name with pride. The time he spent with his family meant the most to him.
In addition to his mother, Jon is survived by his son, Giovanni (Samantha) Luciano; his daughters, Gianna (Mitchell) Morehouse, Giulia Luciano, and Giordynn Luciano; his brother, Joseph (Kelli) Luciano; and his sister, Heather (Dan) Stoddard.
Funeral arrangements are private and being handled at the convenience of the family by the John R. Orlando Funeral Home, 2122 Raspberry Street, Erie, PA 16502.
