Judy A. Nunes Marino

Judy A. Nunes Marino, 77, of Erie, passed away Tuesday, March 16, 2021 at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital. She was born January 8, 1944 in Erie, a daughter of the late Manuel and June Manross Nunes.

Judy was a graduate of Academy High School and worked at Hamot Medical Center for numerous years until her retirement.

Judy was always happy and full of life. She was a great mother, sister, aunt, and friend. She enjoyed travelling to sunny destinations and loved her family dearly.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Marino.

She is survived by her son, Chris Campanelli (Molly); daughter, Destiny Carter (Timothy); sisters, Cheryl Benim (James), Kimberly Cyparski (James), and Karen Feron (Patrick); brother, Timothy Nunes; and four grandchildren, Alexandria Lamanna, Anthony Campanelli, April Stumpo, and Dominic Selcer. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews;, her companion, Tom Doyle; and her beloved dog, EmmaLou.

Friends are invited to call at the John R. Orlando Funeral Home, 2122 Raspberry Street, today from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. Visitors must wear masks and abide by social distancing standards. Entombment will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
