Lewis E. Denning Sr

Lewis E. Denning Sr., 74, of Erie, passed away Thursday, February 11, 2021 at LECOM Senior Living Center. He was born September 16, 1946 in Erie, a son of the late, Elmer Denning and Frances Guckes Denning Kowle.

Lewis worked at Riley Stoker for several years.

He was an avid hunter and fisherman and enjoyed the outdoors.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Antoinette Todaro Denning.

He is survived by three daughters, Kimberly A. Denning Dickerson (Scott), Ugenia M. Mecci, and Josetta L. Mecci; two sons, Lewis E. Denning, Jr. and Ernest P. Mecci; and several grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

No calling hours will be observed. The John R. Orlando Funeral Home, Inc., 2122 Raspberry Street, is handling arrangements.
