Mary L. Italiani Lombardo

Mary L. Italiani Lombardo, 91, of Erie, passed away Monday, January 11, 2021 at Western Reserve Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. She was born February 28, 1929 in Erie, a daughter of the late Augostino and Josephine Bertti Italiani.

Mary worked at Erie Insurance for many years.

She enjoyed bowling, dining out, and entertaining her family and friends at her home.

Mary was a devoted mother and grandmother and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her step-mother, Maria Italiani; three sisters, Angeline Tullio, Joan Perseo, and Louise Galletta; three brothers, Frank, Tony, and Angelo Italiani.

She is survived by her son, Jeffrey A. Lombardo (Amy); a daughter, Hope Lombardo; four grandchildren, Ryan Lombardo (Jessica), Abby Lombardo, Nicole Lombardo, and Elliott Lombardo (Angelica). She is also survived by her brother, Judd Italiani (Patty), 11 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Due to COVID-19 no public calling hours will be observed. Services will be private at the family's convenience. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the family. The John R. Orlando Funeral Home, Inc., is handling arrangements.
