Richard Edward Esposito, 93, of Erie, passed away Monday, September 18, 2023 at UPMC Hamot. He was born February 5, 1930 in Beaver Falls, PA, a son of the late Pietro and Vincenza Mazzotto Esposito.

Richard was an avid golfer and New York Yankees fan.

He is survived by his loving wife of 72 years, Elena Rodriguez Esposito; two daughters, Jane Esposito Levine (Jeffrey) and Carla Esposito; one son, Peter Esposito (Patty); and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass on Thursday at Saint George Church, 5145 Peach Street, at 10:00 a.m. Burial will be private at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. The John R Orlando Funeral Home, Inc., 2122 Raspberry Street, is handling arrangements
