Virginia I. Miller Moyer, 90, of Erie, passed away, Friday, January 4, 2019 at UPMC Hamot.

She was born February 19, 1928 in Erie, a daughter of the late John and Katherine Hellman Miller.

She was a loving mother and grandmother.

Virginia was preceded in death by her husband Robert D. Moyer, Sr.; daughter-in-law, Joan Diane Moyer; son-in-law, Richard Niebauer; and five brothers and one sister.

She is survived by four daughters, Barbara Rodriguez (Manuel), Virginia L. Moyer, Katina Moyer, all of Erie, and Sharon Niebauer, Albion, PA; four sons, Robert D. Moyer, Jr., Gerald K. Moyer, and Michael Moyer, all of Erie, and Mark Moyer (Rebecca), Albion, PA; two brothers, Harry Miller (Judy), of Erie and Bill Miller (Judy), Bradford, PA.

Also surviving are many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at the John R. Orlando Funeral Home, Inc., 2122 Raspberry Street on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. and may attend a service on Friday at Gate of Heaven Chapel, 5711 West Lake Road, at 10:00 a.m
