Yvonne Mook

Yvonne "Eve" Mook, 35, of Erie, passed away unexpectedly Friday, September 9, 2022 at her residence. She was born December 15, 1986 in Bronx, New York, a daughter of Nancy Medina and the late Concepcion Medina.

Yvonne was a graduate of Central High School Class of 2006.

Yvonne enjoyed going to the beach, movies with snacks, and puzzles. She loved her family and relished the time she spent with them.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her mother-in-law, Linda Chatman-Mook and her nephew, Jaquan R. Mook.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband of 12 years, Jeremiah Mook; her son, Jaylen Mook-Medina; daughter, Lulani Mook; brother, Daniel Medina; and three sisters, Nancy Glover and husband Tyrone, Lourdez Medina and husband Chris Langer-Williamson, and Millie Allen and husband Frank. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Friends are invited to call on Saturday, September 17th at the John R. Orlando Funeral Home, Inc., 2122 Raspberry Street, from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m.
